The "Marketing Summit", held on November 7-8 with the joint efforts of the Department of Communication Arts and the Effective Communication Club, brought together the marketing directors and teams of many brands with students. The "Marketing Summit", which featured many significant names, not only entertained the students with its opening shows and festivities but also offered a comprehensive flow of information with its sessions. The first day was opened with the opening act Rock and Culture Club concert and then three-session conversation was held. Important insights were shared with the students by in the first session, Tat Gıda Marketing Director Didem Evgülü with their speech titled "From a Traditional Brand to an Innovative Brand", in the second session by Lc Waikiki E-Commerce General Manager Ömer Barbaros Yiş with their speech titled "Touching People’s Hearts", in the third session by Brand Planet Founder Şahin Sezer Dinçer with their speech "Creating Magic from a Simple Idea". E-Bebek CMO Sevda Tarcan Demir presented their presentation titled "Brand Building" in the first session of the second day, which was opened with a dance show from İKÜ Dance Club. Divan CMO Gönül Gültekin elaborated on the innovative marketing strategies of the Divan brand targeting the young people with their presentation titled "Creative Marketing, Unique Approaches to Impress Young Consumers". Plaques and flowers were presented to the guest speakers by Head of the Department of Communication Arts, Prof. Dr. Işıl Zeybek and Effective Communication Club President Can Meral at the end of the presentations.
